Meet The Owners
Andro Lerario, Vice President and Founder of Fortis Paving, is the backbone of the company. A proud father of four daughters and husband to Annarose for over 25 years, Andro draws inspiration from his father-in-law and works alongside his three brothers to build a lasting legacy in construction. He also serves on the Kane County Republican Party committee, and his daughter Tatianna leads Fortis’s marketing efforts.
Joe Lerario, President of Fortis Paving, is the driving force behind the company. Known for inventing the FlipFork and appearing on Good Morning America, Joe oversees daily operations with the crews. A devoted husband to Julie and father to Biagio, Alisa, and Rocco, he enjoys family time at the lake and in Florida. Joe’s children, Biagio Lerario and Alisa Devivo, contribute to Fortis as Sales Representatives and Office Managers.
Marcello Lerario, the youngest of the three brothers, is the Chief Marketing Officer of Fortis Paving and the creative force behind its success. He has transformed the customer experience with innovative AI tools. A devoted husband to Gina and father to Biagio, Marisa, Giuliana, and Valentina, Marcello enjoys golf and quality time with family and friends. His son Biagio works in the field as a Business Development Representative.
